The Employee Value Proposal as an axis in the management of Talent


The construction of any good experience of the employee requires a Differentiated Employee Value Proposal, integral and individual for each employee, that manages to captivate him in his professional and personal needs, offering him an unparalleled professional realization environment in a customized environment.

This research pursues a double objective: on the one hand, it is a thermometer of the current situation and the future of the EVP in the 150 companies that have participated in the associations of the Balearic Islands, Catalonia and Center, knowing the opinion of their leaders in the management of people to the challenges and opportunities that we have announced so far. On the other hand, it aims to illustrate to companies that still do not know the benefits of implementing a personalized EVP in their organizations, of some measures and policies that, even without cost, can contribute to their strategy of attracting and retaining talent.
